After playing solo for years and honing his songwriting and performance skills, this is the first time to catch Robbie with a full band. With Fara on viola and fiddle, Korff on double bass and Spiv on various instruments, you can expect an impassioned and varied set of blues, minor-swing and off-beat folk, tied together by a love for story-telling and exploring the mirkier sides of humanity.

Spiv is a true pillar of the Cambridge music scene, having played in too many bands to mention, and usually a different instrument in each one. Tonight, he’ll be playing his own beautifully crafted tunes, reminiscent of the folk singers and bands of the 60s/70s, but with a distinctly original style and, of course, insanely brilliant guitar skills.
